About the Challenge

What will you do? You will create new opportunities by identifying potential in the market and converting them into concrete deals. Building strong relationships will be key, as you work closely with our partners, engagement managers, and consultants. You’ll advise clients by translating their needs into customized cybersecurity solutions. As a proactive hunter, you will follow up on leads, manage the sales funnel, and close deals that drive our growth ambitions. Collaborating with a team, you’ll work alongside marketing, sales, and technical experts to deliver the best service to our clients.

Your time will be divided between several key activities. A portion will be dedicated to direct sales efforts, including client conversations, drafting proposals, and closing deals. Another portion will focus on strategic business development, such as identifying opportunities and staying on top of market trends. The remaining time will be split between managing relationships with existing clients and collaborating internally to contribute to broader business processes.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in sales or business development, preferably in IT or cybersecurity.
  • Drive: A winner’s mentality with a passion for achieving results, but always with a long-term vision.
  • Quality: You are customer-oriented and aim for solutions that truly make an impact.
  • Languages: Fluent in Dutch and professionally proficient in English. French is a plus.
  • Conflict Management: You have the ability to always create win-win situations, even in challenging circumstances.
  • Problem Solving: You proactively think along with clients and translate challenges into concrete actions.
  • Business Acumen: You understand business needs and know how to respond to them.
  • Active Listening: You detect client needs and know how to translate them into solutions that really work.
  • Strong Communication: You build trust and inspire clients and colleagues.
  • Self-starter and Entrepreneurial.
