During the culture interview conducted by phone, we explore your interests and personality to see if you fit the dynamic culture of Toreon. We are interested in your passions, values and ambitions, what really excites you. In the meantime, we also like to give you some more insights about Toreon itself.
3. Interview with your future Team lead
This interview is focused on your expertise, technical skills, career path and key achievements. It is also a chance to learn more about the structure within Toreon, the position, responsibilities and future projects, while meeting your team manager.
4. Interview with the team along with the presentation of your business assignment
The next step involves meeting the team and presenting your assignment. During this interview, we’ll explore your skills and personality, while also giving you a chance to meet your future colleagues.
We’ll evaluate your assignment based on logical thinking, communication, and presentation skills to see if you have the qualities needed to be a successful consultant at Team Toreon. Most importantly, just be yourself!
5. Interview with CEO
During this interview, you will have the chance to meet Toreon’s CEO, an excellent opportunity to gain a different perspective on the company at the management level. Furthermore, this interview will be all about you, exploring various aspects of your life and how you approach different situations.
